Location Specific Information We are now looking for Senior Finance Coordinator (Office based, Flex or Remote). The role can be remotely based but still needs to be within the territory of Bulgaria.

Location Specific Information We are now looking for Senior Finance Coordinator (Office based, Flex or Remote). The role can be remotely based but still needs to be within the territory of Bulgaria.
Main Duties:
- Maintain and update vendor master data in the financial system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary vendor documentation, including W-9 forms, tax certificates, and banking information.
- Perform data validation and verification to guarantee that vendor information is consistent and accurate.
- Act as the point of contact for internal inquiries related to vendor master data, providing necessary support and guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor data and transactions.
- Participate in audits and reviews related to vendor data, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Keys to Success:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification or last year in process of acquiring Finance/Economics degree.
- Ideally, candidates will have a financial background, minimum of two or three years of basic accounts experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Good organizational and communications skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple time critical tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly resourceful with Excel
- Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred).
