We’re looking for a Senior/Architect-level Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. We are building cutting-edge, process-driven solutions that leverage the power of IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA), and we need a talented developer who can take our products to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture and development of full-stack applications using JavaScript across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product managers, and other developers to design and implement BPMN workflows within the CP4BA platform.
• Design and develop scalable back-end solutions with MS SQL, ensuring the applications are robust, performant, and secure.
• Influence technology choices by evaluating and recommending tools, frameworks, and platforms that improve the development process and align with business goals.
• Drive best practices for development, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability are top priorities.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow while ensuring they contribute effectively to the team’s success.

We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in full-stack JavaScript development, with deep knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Strategic thinker with architectural expertise who can design solutions that are both scalable and maintainable.
• Strong background in database design and management, particularly with MS SQL.
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
