Your role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and job analyses to define key competencies, qualifications, and role requirements for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timeline.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and soft skills to ensure a strong match with role requirements.
• Conduct interviews (online or in person) and coordinate technical assessments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all candidate interactions and activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience throughout all stages.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and People & Culture teams.
• Promote the company's employer brand through social media, events, and professional networking.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience in all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, networking, screening CVs, shortlisting applicants, coordinating interviews, and assessing skills.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.).
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target needs and identify appropriate matches.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Proven planning and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• A strong team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized and results-driven, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian would be considered an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest IT recruitment trends and market insights.
