Proxiad SEE is an IT Consulting and Software Development company, part of Proxiad Group France, with headquarters in Paris, over 25 years of industry experience, and 1300 + specialists. The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.
In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.

Your role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and job analyses to define key competencies, qualifications, and role requirements for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timeline.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and soft skills to ensure a strong match with role requirements.
- Conduct interviews (online or in person) and coordinate technical assessments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all candidate interactions and activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience throughout all stages.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and People & Culture teams.
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media, events, and professional networking.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, networking, screening CVs, shortlisting applicants, coordinating interviews, and assessing skills.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.).
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target needs and identify appropriate matches.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Proven planning and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- A strong team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Organized and results-driven, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian would be considered an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest IT recruitment trends and market insights.
