For their growing team in Sofia, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin with French. This role involves providing reliable HR support, assisting employees with various inquiries, and ensuring smooth and accurate HR administration. The position also offers a part-time work option for candidates looking for additional flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions, delivering clear and timely guidance;
- Support onboarding activities and ensure that employee data is accurately collected and maintained;
- Keep HR records and databases updated, while ensuring full accuracy and compliance with internal procedures;
- Address administrative requests, follow up on pending cases, and provide consistent support;
- Contribute to maintaining high service quality in line with HR policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage;
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or similar roles is a plus;
- French at C1 level and good English skills;
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial;
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication style.
