Head of Process Optimization
Driven by the continuous expansion of our business, now we have an exciting opportunity for a sound Head of Process Optimization to join the team of one of the largest and fastest growing transport and freight forwarding companies in South-Eastern Europe, technological leader in the Industry. In this position you will be able to lead the process optimization related structure aiming business growth through improving processes and organization efficiency.
Head of Process Optimization
Key Accountabilities:
Lead process optimization initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
Work closely with senior leadership to align process improvements with business goals.
Actively manage all steps related to the process optimization projects – analysis, implementation, and support;
Define and track projects objectives while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan;
Communicate efficiently and liaise with business partners to properly identify needs, set targets and ensure smooth flow
Facilitate relevant activities ensuring the delivery progress, quality and results monitoring
Lead and manage a team of process optimization professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
Oversee automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational capabilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, mentorship, and change management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in leading process optimization function
Proven experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or business transformation
Experience in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of efficiency.
Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant Business Prоject Management Certification would be considered as strong advantage
Educational background:
University degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent
Language & IT:
Mandatory: Fluent in Bulgarian and English
Proficient use in MS Office tools
Process Mapping Tools experience
