About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Expert to help grow our online presence through smart outreach, clean white hat link building, and hands-on page creation. You’ll be working across content, dev, and marketing to ensure we rank where we should. Reddit fluency and strong spoken English are a must.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and run white hat link building campaigns, including outreach on Reddit and other niche communities.
• Build high-quality backlinks through strategic relationship-building and content promotion.
• Create and optimize new SEO-focused pages using WordPress CMS and other tools.
• Work with content writers to develop detailed briefs and ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
• Add pages and update content directly within CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Use basic HTML & CSS to ensure clean formatting, structure, and on-page elements.
• Monitor keyword performance, backlink profiles, and site health via Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.
• Stay up to date on algorithm changes and organic search trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of SEO experience, with a strong track record in link building and content optimization.
• Solid experience with Reddit and online community outreach.
• Hands-on skills in WordPress CMS, HTML, and CSS.
• Comfortable writing briefs, collaborating with writers, and managing content workflows.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
• Fluent spoken English — this is essential for outreach and team communication.
• Organized, self-directed, and results-driven.
