The Perfect Candidate:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Working knowledge in French language
- Previous experience in a leadership role, especially in a data-entry or administrative team, is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Highly methodical with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output
- Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Comfortable with office equipment, computer hardware, and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of databases and their maintenance
- A proactive approach to process improvement and team development
- Overseeing and managing a team of Data Entry Specialists, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to deadlines
- Leading by example, ensuring accuracy and quality of data entry work
- Conducting team meetings, setting daily/weekly goals, and providing support to team members as needed
- Coordinating with other teams and departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and smooth workflow
- Monitoring the performance of team members, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews
- Identifying process improvements and implementing strategies to optimize data entry workflows
- Ensuring compliance with data integrity, security policies, and organizational standards
- Managing team resources effectively and maintaining a positive work environment
- Providing training and development opportunities to team members to improve performance and career growth
