For one of our trusted clients, we are looking for an Operational Accountant to join their team in Sofia!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes from an operational standpoint
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Support ERP system implementations or upgrades related to finance functions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in operational accounting, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
