As a Customer Support & Payment Operations Specialist you will be a part of a great team and all together will:
- Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, or phone
- Assist customers with questions related to payments, bank transfers, and money transfers
- Investigate and resolve transaction issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Guide customers through payment processes and requirements
- Communicate clearly about payment statuses, errors, and next steps
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of bank transfers, payment flows, and financial transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple way
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Previous experience working with customers is required, whether in BPO or any other customer-focused role

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
