Responsibilities:
- Evaluate financial performance, create financial plans and budgets, provide strategic guidance to senior management, monitor and manage performance
- Focus on the planning cycle within the organization (financial reports, cost settlements, investment analyses, profit-and-loss accounts, balance sheets and budgets)
- Assess business processes, focusing on their improvement and on the overall performance and strategic planning of the company
- Create forecasts and projections for the company’s revenue and expenses, developing a budgetary plan for operations, analyzing performance against budget and ensuring that the company’s goals are achieved within the context of the budget
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models, plan company’s sales, expenses, cash flow and earnings
- Review and analyze key business indicators and create detailed reports and recommendations (monthly business review, budget and P&L KPI’s, operations KPIs)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, create and implement cost reduction strategies and processes
- Work closely with executives, providing financial analysis and insights to support business strategy development and execution
- Focus on revenue, expenses, and profitability while working within a specific business unit or division
- Bachelor's degree in Business management, Business administration, Finance or related field
- 5+ years' of experience in in similar field and on similar position
- Кnowledge of sales, logistics and production, (familiar with finance and accounting) , experience in financial analysis, strategic planning and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
