For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator with Arabic or Hebrew or Dutch with English (day and night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and client management;
• Maintain and update customer data in the company's platforms;
• Support lead generation and prospect follow-ups;
• Coordinate communication between sales and other departments;
• Help prepare offers, presentations, and proposals;
• Track sales performance and assist in reporting.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic or Hebrew, or Dutch - C1 level;
• English – at least on level B2;
• Interest in sales and client communication;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Good knowledge of MS Office package;
• Flexibility to work in shifts (day and night).
