For one of our clients - a fast-growing dental clinic specializing in high-quality dental treatments for international clients. As part of our expansion into English-speaking markets, we are looking for a highly motivated Dental Sales Consultant with English who has a strong background in direct sales, particularly in healthcare, wellness, or premium services.
Position Summary:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing inquiries from English-speaking clients, guiding them through our treatment offerings, and helping them make informed decisions. Your focus will be on converting leads into loyal patients by building trust and providing a professional, consultative sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential patients in English
- Work closely with the Marketing Department, the Medical team and the Admin support team to develop and improve sales strategies and serve the customers
- Present dental services in a clear and professional manner, tailored to the client’s needs
- Meet the sales targets, conversion rates and customer service quality criteria
- Manage the full sales cycle – from initial consultation to booking treatment
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in English – both spoken and written (mandatory)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, ideally in healthcare, real estate, wellness, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to close sales and handle objections professionally
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
