In our team, the Brand Manager is both a strategist and a communicator, responsible for shaping and maintaining the brand’s identity across all communication channels — websites, social media, industry events, and paid advertising platforms. Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, to ensure confident and effective communication across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives.
- Ensures consistency in brand communication across all channels and customer touchpoints, while monitoring brand perception through both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Plans and executes comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns (both online and offline) in collaboration with cross-functional team members.
- Creates and coordinates the production of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, outdoor advertising, branded merchandise, event assets, and documentation supporting operational activities across departments.
- Manages the brand’s digital presence and oversees the creation and distribution of content across the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid digital channels.
- Coordinates physical branding projects—such as office signage, illuminated displays, and event booths—in close collaboration with all relevant contractors and vendors.
- Prepares analytical reports and strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing brand positioning and visibility.
- Develops and communicates initiatives related to the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, ensuring alignment with brand values and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborates with internal teams, external agencies, media partners, and production suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of brand-related projects.
- Manages project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and accountability throughout the process.
- A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree is considered an advantage).
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in brand management and marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns and building brand equity.
- In-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels and tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creativity, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Experience in CSR or sustainability communications is considered a strong asset.
