Grove Global Consult, a leading consulting and recruitment agency dedicated to serving the global private sector, is seeking a Power BI Developer to join one of our prestigious clients.
About the role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that enhance customer relationship management strategies. This role involves analyzing CRM data, generating actionable insights, and optimizing customer engagement, retention, and acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support key business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and scalability of Power BI solutions.
- Follow best practices for data governance, security, and reporting standards.
- Automation & AI Integration: Leveraging automation and AI/ML techniques to enhance predictive analytics and personalized customer experiences is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI/Data Analytics role.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures).
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Experience with data transformation (ETL) and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
