We are looking for a professional who can help us strengthen our transition team and is responsible for the KPI Reporting towards our internal customers. You will be part of transition projects, coordinate between stakeholders and analyze data to create conclusive KPIs. We are looking for a professional who can help us strengthen our transition team and is responsible for the KPI Reporting towards our internal customers. You will be part of transition projects, coordinate between stakeholders and analyze data to create conclusive KPIs. You will support the internal teams and functional leads to achieve alignment on their project scope. Join our journey and become a part of successful team!
Your daily routine would include:
- Continuous KPI reporting based on the output of our execution teams;
- Coordinate data delivery for timely KPI reporting.
- Analyze data and customer feedback for potential of optimization of processes and KPI creation;
- Regular calls with our internal customers to inform them about the KPIs.
- Support the Director and the Functional Leads during transition projects and general issue resolution;
- Analyze the transition scenarios based on activity split & recruitment;
- Coordinate transition and support during Go-Live;
- Support the operative teams in their daily business to align the output with the SLAs and KPIs.
- Data driven mindset with a hand for reporting and presentation.
- Experience with PowerBI.
- Ability to understand the main objectives of the Transition Management process;
- Knowledge in transition activities in finance area;
- High flexibility and ability to learn constantly;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in English – written and spoken, German is an advantage;
- Advanced MS Office skills.
