What you will do:

You will report into the Service Operations Manager.

Perform the extraction, formulation and manipulation of data to address business requirement.

Interpret analysis results and documentation.

Configure Core DA software according to specifications under guidance of Solutions / Senior Solutions analyst

Test software against specification to ensure the product operates as specified

Identify causes of software problems (at product or data level)

Resolve problems, escalating only after analysis and execution of well-defined tests

Share findings with peers from your & other teams

Communicate ideas in knowledge sharing forums

Develop positive daily client relationship at peer level

Attend and contribute to client meetings, including presenting results, conclusions and recommendations in both written and verbal form.

Work with multiple partners within Experian to interpret requirements and data and resolve queries.

What you will bring:

IT Diploma or equivalent standard with a high numeric content

2+ years of working experience in the field of application / customer support

Fluent English

Readiness to develop relationships with important partners

Readiness to work with remote virtual teams

Good SQL Query Language knowledge

Third-party software understanding will be an advantage

Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux)

Experienced in working on relational database management systems

Basic understanding in different project methodologies
