ZAGATO Ltd. has established itself as a prominent leader in the distribution and trade of high-quality vending and coffee machines and consumables, thanks to the dedication of our highly skilled professionals. Currently, we are seeking a talented individual to join our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sell the company's products, services, and solutions.
- Manage all channel communications from customers.
- Inform customers about company promotions and upgrades.
- Ensure all customers receive support to successfully secure what they require.
- Recommend the most suitable products/services to customers. Overcome customer objections and close sales.
- Proactively contact prospective customers through our websites and handle inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospects in Salesforce.
- Address inquiries and resolve problems as needed.
- A university degree is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the capability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
