We are looking for a creative and driven Social and Digital Media Marketing Expert (Maternity coverage) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing BILLA Bulgaria’s digital and social media engagement. You will develop and execute innovative strategies that promote our products and campaigns, fostering strong connections with our consumer base. By leveraging your expertise in digital content creation and social media management, you will help elevate our brand’s online presence and engage audiences in impactful ways.

We are looking for a creative and driven Social and Digital Media Marketing Expert (Maternity coverage) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing BILLA Bulgaria’s digital and social media engagement. You will develop and execute innovative strategies that promote our products and campaigns, fostering strong connections with our consumer base. By leveraging your expertise in digital content creation and social media management, you will help elevate our brand’s online presence and engage audiences in impactful ways.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assist in developing the annual marketing plan for BILLA Bulgaria's presence in digital and social media;
- Organize and timely implement advertising campaigns across digital and social media;
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners the digital campaigns; corporate website and mobile application; social media channels updates;
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams involved in integrated marketing campaigns;
- Monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing and propose new approaches to develop our online presence;
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of BILLA Bulgaria’s performance in social and digital media;
- Ensure the production of materials for digital media, including posting plans, web banners, etc., in accordance with corporate requirements;
- Coordinate the activities of agencies for the organization and implementation of events in collaboration with internal departments.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing area, preferably in social and digital media;
- Interest in the Retail/FMCG industry with a pro-active attitude and eager to learn;
- Sense of aesthetics, creativity and precision;
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills with ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines;
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities;
- Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
