Trade Marketing Channel Lead Traditional Trade
We are currently searching for a Trade marketing professional who is eager to further grow and excel. The person will receive the opportunity to join a highly effective and dynamic Trade marketing team and to contribute to probably the best beer company in the world!
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and drive the strategic development of the assigned market channel (either traditional trade, or modern trade) in line with the corporate strategy;
Design, align, plan and execute all BTL activations, including national campaigns, for the whole portfolio of brands in the assigned market channel;
Manage the collaboration with third parties – BTL agencies, POP producers, graphic designers, etc.;
Track and evaluate the impact and success rate of implemented activities;
Responsible for P&L management for the channel;
Explore opportunities to further drive value, premiumization and innovation in the channel;
Work across diverse teams and functions to ensure excellent results;
Master your presentation, negotiation and analytical skills to achieve your goals;
Have fun while winning against competition.
What we’re looking for:
At least two years of experience in Trade marketing/ Sales within FMCG sector;
Track record of successful project management;
Experience in designing and implementing holistic BTL activation projects;
Strong creativity, attention to details, results oriented;
University degree in relevant field (Business administration, Marketing, Sales, or other);
Visioner and skilled negotiator with the ability to sell ideas internally and externally;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Driving license and readiness to travel intensively between our offices in Bulgaria (app. 30%).
