We are currently looking for a Finance, HR & Admin Manager to join the team!
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the financial management of AIXTRON Bulgaria including budgeting, forecasting, accounting and cash flow planning
- Prepare monthly financial reports according to IFRS and Group Policy
- Prepare annual financial statements according to Local Gaap
- File tax declarations and required local reports in corporation with tax consultants
- Monitor and improve business development
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations including tax laws and corporate policies as well as carrying out Internal Control Activities
- Responsible for all local HR matters and managing all elements of the employee life cycle including payroll
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes and policies
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors to ensure financial transparency
- Collaborate effectively with local and regional management team and corporate Headquarter
- Manage all daily administration work to ensure an organized and functional office.
- Manage travel booking (hotel, flight etc.) and negotiation with travel agents.
- Manage all Office matters and supplies and making sure a smooth daily operation is possible.
Your profile:
- Diverse and well-rounded background with a mix of financial and human resources expertise, and knowledge of regional business practices.
- Education: Degree in Finance, accounting, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience in human resource management
- Strong knowledge of local financial regulations, tax laws and compliance requirements
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- High level of initiative, collaboration & organizational skills
