HR GENERALIST

In this role, you will be involved in the overall HR onboarding process within the company. As part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include:

• Administrative tasks related to labour contracts and other employment documentation;
• Improvement of the organisation's onboarding processes;
• Employees support activities regarding internal procedures and benefits programs.

Essential requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as an HR Specialist, HR Ops, or HR Generalist;
• University degree in “Human Resources Management” or equivalent;
• Deep knowledge of Bulgarian Labour Law and Labour regulations;
• Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills;
• Organizational skills;
• Very good level of spoken and written English (B2 or higher).
