What you will do as a Workforce Management Analyst? As a Workforce Management Analyst, you'll help drive operational excellence by ensuring the business has the right resources, at the right time, to meet customer and business needs. You'll leverage data, forecasting, and workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making across global teams. What you will do as a Workforce Management Analyst? As a Workforce Management Analyst, you'll help drive operational excellence by ensuring the business has the right resources, at the right time, to meet customer and business needs. You'll leverage data, forecasting, and workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making across global teams. In this role, you will:
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term workload forecasts using historical trends, business insights, and operational data.
- Create capacity plans and staffing recommendations to ensure optimal resource allocation while meeting business objectives and service level targets.
- Build and optimize workforce schedules to maximize productivity, efficiency, and employee utilization.
- Monitor real-time operational performance, identify risks, and recommend proactive actions to address changing business demands.
- Analyze workforce and operational metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and planning accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Operations, Product, Engineering, Training, and other business stakeholders - to align workforce strategies with evolving business priorities.
- Maintain workforce planning models, documentation, and reporting processes while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workforce planning methodologies, reporting capabilities, and operational processes.
What are we looking for? We're looking for a highly analytical professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges through data and collaboration. You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Operations Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is considered an advantage.
- Experience working with workforce management, ticketing, CRM, or contact center platforms is a plus.
- The ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into practical business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting global operations across multiple regions or time zones is an advantage.
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting techniques or programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
