For one of our clients – а global business services provider focused on improving customer engagement and boosting business outcomes for leading global brands, we are looking for – Sports Customer Advisor with Dutch (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;
• Assist customers with inquiries about a wide range of sports products;
• Provide accurate product information and effective solutions;
• Maintain clear and detailed customer records in internal systems;
• Ensure a positive customer experience by exceeding service expectations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is essential;
• Passion for sports and customer-focused mindset;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
