For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared Services CMA Contracts Specialist with German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end processing and issuing of CMA contracts within Shared Services;
• Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time to meet business needs;
• Provide clear support and guidance on contract-related queries to internal and external stakeholders;
• Collaborate with teams to support audits and ensure timely provision of required documentation;
• Monitor and resolve contract issues while ensuring proper approvals and compliance standards are met;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CMA processes and service quality.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a multinational or Shared Services environment;
• Good understanding of Customer-to-Cash / finance or data management processes;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
• Proficiency German with very good English skills;
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and strong Excel skills;
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive team mindset.
