Essential Responsibilities:

• Achieve your monthly sales goals across your assigned stores by using smart and creative ideas;
• Follow what is happening in the local market and use it to plan your activities;
• Help your clients grow by creating and running promotions;
• Use the regional marketing budget in an optimal way to get the best results;
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear and friendly communication;
• Support the sales department and drive merchandising activities.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience on a similar position;
• Proven track record in FMCG sales with solid merchandising skills;
• Intermediate level of English, fluency in Bulgarian;
• Confident user of Excel and MS Office tools;
• Strong communicator with a proactive, results-oriented mindset;
• Willing to travel regularly; valid driver’s license required.
