For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – International Client Support Specialist with Hungarian or Dutch or German or French (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through various channels (inbound calls and messages);
• Analyzing and resolving customer queries;
• Providing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.);
• Implementing system changes;
• Escalating faults or calls to other departments.

Qualifications:

• Customer-focused mindset and approach;
• Fluency in Hungarian, Dutch, German or French, plus very good English skills;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Willingness to work shifts and good knowledge of MS Office;
• Analytical mindset, results-driven attitude, and team-oriented approach.
