Responsibilities:

• Identify new growth opportunities while expanding partnerships with existing clients;
• Build strong, trust-based relationships and truly understand customer needs;
• Help clients unlock real business value through Microsoft Cloud solutions;
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored cloud strategies;
• Provide clear, actionable insights that drive customer success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, account management, or customer success;
• Fluency in German, Dutch, or French, plus strong English communication skills;
• Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into business value;
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and CRM tools;
• Analytical mindset, results-driven attitude, and team-oriented approach.
