We’re looking for a senior WordPress developer who not only knows how to code, but also lives and breathes design. If you're passionate about crafting stunning, responsive, and high-conversion websites—and you want to work in a small, fast-moving legal-tech team—we want to meet you.
Your Mission You’ll be in charge of building, maintaining, and continuously improving several high-traffic, professional websites from the ground up. You will: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to premium audiences. Execute precise, elegant front-end designs (no templates, no shortcuts). Collaborate directly with our legal, design, and marketing teams. Optimize for speed, SEO, mobile UX, and clean code quality. Manage updates, versioning, and backups in a secure environment. Troubleshoot and deploy improvements quickly and proactively.
Must-Have Skills 5+ years of WordPress development experience Deep knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (incl. jQuery) Proven design sense with ability to execute exact Figma or Adobe XD mockups Experience with advanced builders (Elementor Pro, Oxygen, Bricks, etc.) Pixel-perfect attention to detail in both design and responsiveness Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion-driven design
Bonus If You Have Experience in legal, finance, or consulting websites Familiarity with GDPR, cookie consent, and compliance plugins French reading comprehension SEO and structured data integration knowledge
