About the Role:
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll be much more than just a technical expert. You’ll be a problem solver, a consultant, and a key player in our team’s success. Your primary focus will be transforming web designs into high-quality, functional, and user-friendly WordPress websites. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating existing websites, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly. You will also act as a mentor to less experienced developers, driving high standards and ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and development workflows.

About the Role:

Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in WordPress development (recent and relevant), with proven expertise in building custom themes from scratch (40-50+ themes).
- Solid experience with writing custom WordPress plugins (at least 3+ plugins developed from the ground up).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, and the WordPress ecosystem, including WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), WordPress Site Editor, and Gutenberg for creating dynamic, customizable websites.
- Experience with animations for the web using CSS3, and external libraries such as ScrollMagic, GSAP, or similar.
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git and experience with web hosting platforms.
- Strong understanding of best practices in web development, delivering clean, organized, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with upper-intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about creating a positive support experience, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a drive for perfection.
- Proactive and motivated to learn and grow alongside the company.
What You Will Do:
- Build custom WordPress themes and develop plugins from scratch, creating high-quality, tailored websites for our clients.
- Transform complex web designs into fully-functional, user-friendly WordPress websites that adhere to project specifications and coding standards.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring security, stability, and compatibility with the latest technologies.
- Lead the development of complex tasks and projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative and educational environment within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, drive best practices, and ensure consistent adoption of coding standards across projects.
- Conduct code reviews and continuously improve the quality of our codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development workflows.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, delivering high-quality solutions to technical challenges.
