Main scope:

We are looking for a C# and .NET Developer to contribute to the development of a new offline solution for a next-generation online workshop services platform. The platform handles diagnostics and ECU programming for vehicles worldwide, but many customers operate in environments where reliable internet connectivity is not guaranteed, making offline support a critical requirement. This role involves building offline client capabilities using C#, .NET, and WPF, integrating with AWS services for data synchronization, and working closely with the product owner on architectural design. The ideal candidate combines solid C# development skills with AWS cloud experience and a proactive, leadership-oriented mindset.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop the offline client application using C#, .NET Framework, and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Build and maintain integrations with AWS services including Lambda functions and S3 for data synchronization between online and offline modes
• Implement APIs that enable seamless communication between the offline client and backend services
• Collaborate with the product owner on architectural design decisions and strategic planning for the offline solution
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and GitLab runners for automated testing and deployment
• Manage and develop multiple internal applications, ensuring they meet quality standards
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and support their professional development
• Research existing codebases and design new solutions or enhancements, presenting findings and recommendations to the team
• Write and maintain tests to ensure reliability of offline functionality, particularly around connectivity edge cases

Main requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for desktop client development
• Working experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda and S3, for serverless and storage operations
• Proficiency with API development and integration patterns in .NET
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and GitLab runners for automated build and deployment
• Comfortable working with Git (Git Bash, GitLab) for version control and collaborative development
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for Agile project management and work tracking
• Strong communication skills and willingness to take on coordination and mentoring responsibilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a team lead or technical coordination role, including code reviews and one-on-one mentoring
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure alongside AWS for hybrid cloud scenarios
• Exposure to React or other frontend frameworks for supplementary web-based tooling
• Experience with Java backend services in addition to .NET
• Background working in the automotive or workshop software domain
• Understanding of offline-first architecture patterns, local caching, and data synchronization strategies
