Join the sales team at InterContinental Sofia and become part of the global IHG family!
As a Corporate Sales Manager you’ll be proud to introduce people to the world of The InterContinental Life. You’ll feel inspired by what we can offer and the opportunity to deliver more delighted guests.
Your key focus within this role will be: You will be achieving budgeted goals by actively developing new business opportunities and executing sales activities within assigned targeted market segment. You will develop and maintain good working relationship with key accounts, conduct on-site client inspections and entertainment; contact in-house guests to foster additional business and/or repeat bookings. You will represent the hotel at travel fairs, conduct international sales calls, and attend IHG networking events. You will prepare monthly accounts report. You will take part in the preparation of the Departmental Annual and Quarterly Sales Plans. You will represent the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand at all times, will work closely with the other Sales Managers in the team and will report to Director of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications You have previous experience in hotel business and knowledge of local market. You will be known for your passion in driving results to achieve success. You speak and write fluently in Bulgarian and English. You have strong communication skills when engaging with clients and excellent planning, organizational and presentational skills. You are self-motivated and flexible.
