Job Description
Reporting to Regional Head of Risk, the Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for promoting and embedding Experian’s Risk Management Framework processes within the UK&I business. This includes implementing and embedding the tools, policies, standards and procedures required for the business to manage its current and emerging risks.
What you'll be doing: · Assist the UK&I Head of Risk in driving the Regional Risk Profile and the maturity in Risk Management activities · Communicating areas of exposure and recommended areas of focus · Monitor and analyze risks within the UK&I region across the various business units and report on material areas of existing and potential exposure · Report on the business risk profile with visibility of key areas of materiality and identification of any key changes in risk assessment and control effectiveness · Support the establishing, maintenance and delivery of risk management policies and protocols · Advice on potential risk impacts across the organization spanning enterprise risk disciplines · Collaborate across business units to ensure risk management is comprehensive · Provide guidance and training to risk owners and other stakeholders on the application of the risk management framework, tools, and techniques · Conduct assurance activities and deep dives to explore areas of exposure and provide recommendation
Qualifications
What you'll bring: · 2+ years’ experience in a risk environment · Strong analytical skills · Strong decision-making skills · Previous experience within Financial services or a Regulated environment preferred · Experience in working within a 2nd Line Governance function · Relevant risk certifications

Job Description
