Corporate Communications Expert
MFG is a group of fintech and insuretech companies whose mission is to provide easy access to finance and insurance for everyone regardless of their current social and financial condition. The group is active in seven European countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Northern Macedonia, Spain and Croatia, and one Latin American market – Mexico. The planned large-scale geo-expansion includes key international markets such as Germany, India, and USA.
The group's portfolio includes companies and brands such as Easy Credit, iCredit, Kredis, Biala Karta (White Card), AXI Card, Juzt Card, Viva Credit, Fintrade, ACOD, the P2P lending platform iuvo, the investment company MFG Invest that is traded on the beam market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange under MFG, Instinct insurance company, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Corporate Communications Manager in building credibility and awareness of MFG and the companies in the group’s portfolio through development and delivery of integrated and focused messages to local, regional, national and international business/financial and trade as well as mass media;
- Contributes to the development of core corporate communications materials, including press materials, news releases, company presentations, etc.;
- Establishes and maintains contact with key media targets, anticipates and responds to media inquiries;
- Assists the development and execution of internal communications plans and strategies;
- Assists strategic employee communications to ensure high-quality, effective and consistent delivery of key messages and information;
- Assists group internal communications initiatives to engage employees as active ambassadors of the MFG brand and key contributors to the organization’s business success;
- Assists continued development of corporate sites as the primary source of employee news and information;
- Assists the development and implementation of group ESG policies and internal and external initiatives;
- Represents the Group at targeted business and other events;
- Acts as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the Group both internally and externally.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience is a must;
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field; or relevant further education corresponding to the position; or relevant years of professional experience;
- Computer literacy – MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
- Digital platforms literacy: blogs/vlogs, social media, CRM systems, etc. is a must;
- English language fluency – both written and spoken;
- Highly polished copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy;
- Experience in event management is a strong plus;
- Experience in working with or being a part of a PR agency’s team is a strong plus;
- Experience in employer branding activities and internal communications is a strong plus;
- Self-starter able to work independently to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities.
