Your daily routine would include:
- Collaboration with a global team of experts you optimize and digitalize supply chain management processes for the entities within A1 Group;
- Review and analyze current procedures in order to recommend and implement changes together with the Business Process Owner;
- Initiate, accompany and support new projects, especially in SAP and e-procurement environment;
- Preparing business requirements for implementing new processes in SAP and e-procurement in alignment with Business Process Owners of A1 Group companies;
- Coordinate a development team consisting of experts in all group companies and 3-rd party providers;
- Monitor the progress of the developments and report them to stakeholders in alignment with the Business Process Owner;
- Ensure that the processes are documented, maintained and performed according to the Company’s standards;
- Prepare, execute and moderate trainings.
- 4+ years of experience in the field of Source-to-Pay process;
- Еxperience in coordinating and/or contributing to software development/ implementation projects and testing;
- Problem solving skills, presentation skills and adherence to deadlines;
- Finance and financial systems background (SAP, e-procurement IVALUA knowledge) is an advantage;
- Experience in collaboration with external consultants and IT service providers is a plus;
- Proactive approach and analytical and structured mindset;
- Communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize critical activities;
- University degree in finance, business administration, computer science or similar;
- Advanced or fluent level of English – written and spoken; German is an advantage.
