Due to the increased workload in our Purchasing Department, we are looking to hire a Junior Procurement Specialist.
Our ideal candidate is energetic individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment within a company that leads the way in its industry.

Due to the increased workload in our Purchasing Department, we are looking to hire a Junior Procurement Specialist.
Our ideal candidate is energetic individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment within a company that leads the way in its industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Researching new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
- Monitoring market trends, suppliers, and competitors' strategies;
- Posting and administering procurement tenders in Auxionize;
- Analyzing, controlling, and ensuring minimum stock levels of key raw materials and products in the company's warehouses;
- Managing and coordinating the work of subcontractors;
- Monitoring deadlines and quality control of placed orders.
- University Degree (technical/engineering background would be an advantage and/or vocational school);
- Excellent computer skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Good time management;
- Ability to actively work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- English language proficiency (minimum level B2);
- The role is suitable for entry-level professionals seeking to gain hands-on experience.
