Procurement Business Partner
The Procurement Business Partner acts as the local point of contact between Group & Regional Procurement and local stakeholders for all direct and indirect materials, such as raw and packaging materials, POSM, utilities and other indirect categories . The role is responsible for the execution of daily and tactical procurement-related activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring that local production and commercial operations run without any interruptions due to lack of services, material quality issues, or availability-related matters;
Ensuring that individual supplier contracts are fully utilized at local level, including supporting VIPEX implementation, driving local procurement savings plans, and identifying areas for improvement;
Participating in local forums and projects where expertise in direct and indirect materials is required;
Working closely with the local business to ensure alignment with the overall business agenda, supporting day-to-day requirements accordingly;
Coordinating and managing claims (returns, penalties, late deliveries, etc.) in close collaboration with the Quality team;
Aligning with and supporting Category Management Experts in the execution of the strategy;
Coordinating at local level all projects initiated by Carlsberg Group;
Responsible for the effective and appropriate resolution of supplier management–related issues on a daily basis;
Managing the implementation and onboarding of new suppliers of direct & indirect supplies;
Reporting to regional procurement and local management;
Working in alignment with Carlsberg Purchasing and Buying policy and other relevant manuals.
What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years of experience in Supply management;
International experience in a similar business area, preferably within a virtual team, would be an advantagе;
Hands-on experience in contract management;
Experience in supplier relationship management;
Risk assessment skills, complaint prevention, and issue resolution within the procurement area;
Good communication skills;
Willingness towards change;
Result and Execution oriented;
Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and tendering processes, supplier management, including relationship development with both suppliers and direct reports;
Driven, committed, self-motivated and high energy person.
