For one of our clients in the automotive lubricants sector, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to manage the supply chain operations, ensuring smooth processes and strong relationships with suppliers and customers. You’ll oversee inventory, track shipments, handle documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

For one of our clients in the automotive lubricants sector, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to manage the supply chain operations, ensuring smooth processes and strong relationships with suppliers and customers. You’ll oversee inventory, track shipments, handle documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock on the warehouse – analyse sell-in and sell-out and control replenishment managed by supplier (VMI – vendor managed inventory);
- Manage product specific parameters in local ERP system – special the parameters regarding the stock replenishment;
- Manage annual inventory;
- Communicate with outsourced warehouse and secondary logistic and assure all deliveries to be processed on time and accurate;
- Manage import documentation with Bulgarian custom – all documents to be precisely prepared and distribute to the local custom authorities;
- Follow local legislation regarding all import taxes (ecological tax, product tax, …) and secure accurate data to be reported to the relevant institutions;
- Collect customer orders and prepare the relevant delivery notes and invoices (prices are pre defined in the system and managed by country manager);
Qualifications:
- Experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, etc.
- Self organised, analytical and precise person ready to work alone in the office;
- Very good level of Excel;
- Fluent in English.

Асистент, верига на доставките
Асистентите по веригата на доставките работят в тясно сътрудничество с ръководителите в операционните процеси, а именно процесите на закупуване, производство и дистрибуция. Те помагат при административни и прагматични последващи действия, като фактуриране, изготвяне и подготвянето на договори и поръчки за закупуване, съгласуването на инвентар с документи и общуването с каналите за разпространение.
