Operations Specialist (Fixtures Operations)
The Role
As an Operations Specialist (Fixtures Operations), you will play a senior role within the Fixtures Operations team, reporting directly to the Lead Operations Specialist (Fixtures Operations). You will be a key driver of operational excellence, identifying gaps across products and processes and turning insights into scalable, long-term improvements.
Main Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence within Fixtures Operations by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and delivering scalable solutions.
Plan, contribute to, and deliver ad-hoc projects aligned with evolving business needs.
Design, implement, and embed process improvements, including increasing Automation & AI Adoption across the Fixtures Operations domain.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to support product development, new product discovery, and operational requirements.
Design, document, and maintain operational processes and a centralised knowledge hub for Fixtures Operations.
Build strong relationships with Fixtures Operations leadership and key stakeholders, presenting and justifying operational and product needs.
Produce and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting, insights, and detailed operational analysis.
Required Skills
Experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement within an operational environment.
Programming and scripting languages used to support automation.
A strong understanding of Operational Excellence principles, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from discovery through execution.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify waste and drive effective mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible content,
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisation.
Fluent written and spoken English.
It will be considered a strong plus if you have: Lean Six Sigma theory and error-proofing methodologies & Experience delivering operational training or maintaining structured knowledge bases.
