Our deep industry knowledge together with excellent skills in management consulting, technology and innovation allows us to challenge the conventional thinking and deliver exceptional results that have a lasting impact on businesses and companies worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the single point of contact for our clients with whom we have on-going business contracts, understand their business needs and functionality requirements. (Product Owner)
- Support the making of architectural design decision of how to implement the client’s requirements
- Create business, functional and technical specification documents and customer workflow documents
- Assist the developers in understanding the customers’ requirements. Act as a business to technical translator between departments
- Configure/extend the system to best fulfill the technical specifications
- Evaluate and analyze the requirements, validate with the technical teams and developers and return a proposal for implementation and agree on the timelines
- Work closely with the internal development team on the development and implementation of new customer requirements as part of their on-going support contracts as well as on developing our own software products
- Create and execute test scenarios to make sure that the implemented functionalities work as expected and meet the customer requirements
- Support complex CRM or similar B2B systems
- Test and implement technology solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a major in finance, computer science, data science, management, engineering or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with work management tools (JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.)
- Experience in working with databases (SQL, Oracle)
- Experience in writing functional and business specifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Energy sector and energy trading experience would be a strong advantage
