We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's team.

Primary Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Gather product requirements and translate them into user stories for the technical team
• Prepare documentation including (but not limited to): business cases, change requests, project timelines, process guides, functional specifications, user guides, and diagrams
• Interpret technical concepts and communicate them clearly to business users
• Research new technology trends and platform solutions and draft proposals
• Deliver internal training sessions on digital platform usage
• Support the Product Owner with ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a crypto and technology-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems, platforms, and emerging technologies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Paying high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Outstanding communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong team collaboration abilities and cross-functional communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)

Working Hours & Setup: Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday Hybrid model: 3 days from the office (All Stratos locations)
