Eih Consult Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Content & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Sofia. This role is ideal for a creative professional with hands-on experience in video content production and digital marketing, who is comfortable working both in-office and on-site across company locations. The position involves active fieldwork, including visits to stores, production facilities, agricultural sites, and project locations to capture high-quality visual content that reflects the strength and diversity of our operations.

- Plan, shoot, and edit professional photo and video content across company locations.
- Produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and corporate visual materials.
- Capture behind-the-scenes production processes, product showcases, interviews, and company events.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and corporate messaging.
- Support the execution of digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Assist in content publishing and platform management.
- Monitor content performance and contribute to reporting and optimization efforts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Travel to various company locations within Bulgaria (and occasionally abroad if required).
- Maintain flexibility in working hours depending on shooting schedules and company events.
- Represent the company professionally during site visits and external engagements.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proven experience in video shooting and editing.
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, Canva or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress or content management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Valid driving license – mandatory.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic working environments.
