The role: As our Performance Marketing Expert, you will be the driving force behind our acquisition strategies in Bulgaria and abroad. You will have the autonomy to shape how millions of users discover our products.

• Campaign Mastery: Launch, optimize, and scale high-performing ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and others
• Strategic Growth: Architect comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to different countries, target audiences, and business goals
• Data-Driven Execution: Continuously test new hypotheses, discover untapped growth loops, and make smart, analytical decisions
• KPI Ownership: Deep-dive into performance metrics, track KPIs, and proactively pitch innovative ways to boost ROI
• Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team, translating data into insights on what visuals and copy resonate best with our audiences
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate, monitor, and optimize advertising budgets across multiple markets

Your Profile?

• The Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (proven track record of scaling campaigns)
• The Tools: Mastery of Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proficient knowledge of GA4 and TikTok Ads is a huge plus
• The Mindset: A strong analytical and critical thinker who lets data guide the way, without losing sight of the creative details
• Global Outlook: Experience with international digital marketing campaigns is highly valued.
• Communication: Exceptional literacy, copywriting awareness, and sharp attention to detail. Excellent English is required
