Responsible for organizing and developing logistics processes and transportation of deliveries to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of their efficiency.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS EXPERT
Mission:
Responsible for organizing and developing logistics processes and transportation of deliveries to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of their efficiency.
The Major Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative customer service: managing requests, orders and claims
- Organize transportation based on customer orders for deliveries within the country and abroad; track the execution of deliveries on time
- Organize transportation for imports of goods for sale to customers and raw materials for production needs
- Develop new strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of logistics budgets
- Prepare logistics reports for management to support customer service and cost improvement
- Find new logistics channels and opportunities to increase profit from logistics services
- Check and process logistics documents in SAP, as well as subsequent assembly
- When needed, assist colleagues from the "Customer Service" department
- Previous experience in customer service and/or transport and logistics
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, transportation, or another relevant field
- Computer skills – MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of responsibility, organization and personal motivation
- Energetic and sociable
- Ability to work in a team
