Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely information
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Croatian – Native level (mandatory)
• English – B2 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage
