Postbank has over 30-years’ presence as one of the leaders in Bulgaria’s banking sector. The bank is a decisive factor in innovation, in shaping the country’s banking trends in recent years and award-winning for its innovation. For our team in Controlling and Planning we are looking for a motivated new member for the following role: Junior Financial Analyst The ideal candidate would be eager to develop his/her financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills in a fast paced and friendly environment. This position is ideal for newly graduated students or students in their las year of study.

Main responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of the Bank’s monthly, quarterly and annual management reports and Group reporting financial reports;
- Provide ongoing support during the budgeting and forecasting process;
- Conduct analysis of deviations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial results;
- Collaborate closely with Internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the financial results with strategic objectives and ensure consistency across the organization;
- Provide support during the external audit cycle and contribute to the preparation of the Bank’s financial statements;
Required skills:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in financial reporting and analysis or related roles, would be considered an advantage;
- Fluency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English;
- Basic knowledge of international financial reporting standards is considered an advantage;
