For one of our clients — a leading provider of digital solutions — we are looking for a Digital Safety Backoffice Analyst with Danish or Turkish or Polish or Dutch to join one of their international digital projects. The role focuses on reviewing online content, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and contributing to a safe and trusted digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze platform activities to detect fraudulent behavior, policy violations, and emerging threats;
• Investigate and respond to trust and safety incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution;
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance platform security;
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and legal teams to refine safety policies and enforcement mechanisms;
• Assist in content moderation and enforcement of community guidelines;
• Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving online threats to improve safety protocols;
• Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Danish, Turkish, Polish or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as a data analysis or similar, or relevant work experience is a plus;
• Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, content moderation, or similar areas - an additional advantage;
• Strong analytical skills to identify and understand suspicious activity;
• Familiar with online platforms, good at problem-solving and communication;
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing high volumes of information.
