Grove Global Consult a consulting and recruitment agency, providing strategic consulting services in the areas of the private business sector worldwide. For one of our clients a fast-growing company, we are looking for Technical Business Analyst.
This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Product Manager, plays a criticalpart in propelling our development teams forward. Serving as a conduit between various internal departments, you will orchestrate technical analysis discussions and deliver meticulously prepared backlog items for development.

This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Product Manager, plays a criticalpart in propelling our development teams forward. Serving as a conduit between various internal departments, you will orchestrate technical analysis discussions and deliver meticulously prepared backlog items for development.
Responsibilities:
- Foster seamless communication and coordination across business units, development, and testing teams
- Define requisites from both a business and customer/user standpoint, while considering intricate technical implementation intricacies
- Craft comprehensive business process designs through the creation of intricate flow diagrams, ensuring comprehensive coverage of requirement process flows
- Demonstrate expertise in generating mockups when user interaction is essential, utilizing tools such as Balsamiq or Figma
- Exhibit proficiency in crafting wireframes/mockups and the ability to create flowcharts/diagrams, employing tools like Visio or draw.io.
- Craft precise requirement documents encompassing mockups, flow charts, functional and non-functional requirements, as well as their impact on the existing system
- Scrutinize software requirements by pinpointing and rectifying system issues, while designing and testing standards and innovative solutions
- Identify application concerns through client interactions, assessing procedures and processes when necessary
- Cultivate solutions by devising and evaluating alternative workflow proposals
- Generate detailed specifications as an integral component of the development team and oversee their faithful implementation
- Meticulously assess and validate outcomes
- Possess competence in writing SQL queries and demonstrate a grasp of Restful APIs
About You:
- Profound comprehension of software architecture, design, documentation, testing, and maintenance
- In-depth expertise in Restful services
- Established track record in Agile software development
- Proficiency in solution documentation, encompassing the creation of intricate flow diagrams and screen/page design flows
- Strong grasp of the Incident Response life cycle, showcasing the ability to work autonomously on software incident investigations and resolutions
- Competency in SQL, substantiated by hands-on experience
- Results-oriented, analytical thinker, and adept problem solver
- Fluent in English
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- Familiarity with software development, testing, or project management
- Previous involvement in a research environment heavily reliant on Open Source solutions
- Proficiency in multiple OS platforms, with a pronounced emphasis on Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu), Mac OS X, and Windows systems, considered a valuable asset
- Mastery in Java, GUI or Web front-end development, SQL, Postgres, or equivalent database tools
