As Account Director, you will lead client relationships, guide teams, and drive the direction and results of key accounts.

What You’ll Do Lead at the client level:
- Own key client relationships and build long-term trust
- Be the person senior clients rely on when it matters
- Translate business goals into clear campaign direction
- Manage expectations and handle complex conversations
- Lead and develop project and account teams across multiple campaigns
- Ensure quality across all deliverables
- Make decisions when things shift
- Bring clarity to complex situations
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to pitches and new business development
- Support account growth and long-term partnerships
- Strong agency experience at Account Manager or Director level
- Strategic thinking beyond execution
- Confidence in senior client communication
- Leadership and team management skills
- Commercial mindset and understanding of account growth
- Experience across BTL, experiential, digital, or integrated campaigns
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with digital tools and reporting workflows
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English
