We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer, who will be responsible for creating and implementing manual test cases for our customer onboarding and customer portal products. The successful candidate will create and execute comprehensive and efficient manual tests, helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global customer base.

We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer, who will be responsible for creating and implementing manual test cases for our customer onboarding and customer portal products. The successful candidate will create and execute comprehensive and efficient manual tests, helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global customer base.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms
- Log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Refining User Story requirements and parameters to identify inconsistencies or gaps in requirements
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Providing accurate estimates on scope and duration of testing of specific features and regression
- Identifying, prioritizing, reporting, and tracking all issues that arise during a testing cycle
- Working with a QA Lead, QA Automation Engineers, and Manual QA testers in an Agile environment to ensure QA testing is comprehensive and timely
- Working with technical development counterparts, as well as with non-technical Business Analysts
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA reviews
- Willing to learn automation tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO or Playwright (if required)
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience building, maintaining, and executing manual test cases
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience testing web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
- Proficient with Jira and Test management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing
- Fluent English written and communication skills
- At least 2-5 years’ experience
Preferred:
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
- Knowledge of Java/Python/Selenium/Playwright
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Working Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.
