Role Overview
The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality across all our live games real-time gaming products. This includes live dealer games powered by physical machines, real-time game servers, player-facing applications, and studio broadcast environments. The role focuses on validating that game design, physical behavior, system events, and player experience operate consistently, accurately, and reliably under real production conditions. Based in Sofia at our studio
Core Responsibility
Own and maintain end-to-end quality from physical and digital game events through to player outcomes, ensuring all systems perform as designed, remain stable under live conditions, and meet internal quality standards, security requirements, and external regulatory expectations. Scope and Ownership
Physical Machines and Hardware
Game Logic, State Management, and Math Validation Player UI and UX Across Platforms Live Dealer, Studio, and Broadcast Environment Event Integrity and System Logging Stability, Edge Cases, and Abuse Scenarios Cyber Security Testing and Validation Release Validation, Regression, and Certification Support Requirements
Proven experience in QA for real-time systems, games, or live platforms Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to understand and validate complex event-driven flows Comfortable working across hardware, software, and live environments Clear and structured communication with technical and non-technical teams Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality outcomes Ability to operate under pressure in live or time-critical scenarios Willingness to challenge assumptions and block releases when quality is not met Acts with a leadership mindset, owning quality decisions, driving alignment across teams, and confidently escalating risks when required.
