For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – HR Operations Specialist.

For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – HR Operations Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documents;
- Be the go-to person for everyday HR questions and support;
- Keep HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date;
- Support onboarding, visa, and work permit processes;
- Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires;
- Maintain organized files and ensure data is handled securely.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR or administrative support;
- Good understanding of HR processes and documentation;
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken;
- Detail-oriented and able to handle several tasks at once;
- Comfortable using MS Office and HR systems;
- Reliable, discreet, and a true team player.
